The Instant Cold Pack provides cold therapy without refrigeration. To activate, locate the inner water bag, fold the pack to rupture it, shake thoroughly, wrap the pack in a towel, and apply. The reaction between calcium ammonium nitrate and water produces cooling for temporary relief of common aches, minor bumps, bruising and swelling. The pack is for single use and should not be applied directly to the skin or used for more than 20 minutes per application.
